All of us at Oakhill stand in the shadow of the Cross. It is at the Cross that we meet the Lord. It is at the Cross where we understand what love is all about. It is at the Cross that we celebrate the end of our sin and its judgment. It is at the Cross where we really understand the meaning of our lives. It is at the foot of the Cross where our Lord invites us to join Him on an amazing and incredible adventure of new life and joy that will never end. We hope and pray that the Lord will use our ministry to touch as many people as possible at the foot of the Cross with His Life....perhaps yours too.
Oakhill Church is a church that seeks to know our wonderful Lord better through powerful preaching/teaching, Christ centered worship and mission to the world. Our church is excited about what the Lord is doing in our lives and we freely offer it to everyone. We think you will find Oakhill to be an incredibly warm and inviting place to be. All of us feel like we are family there.....and of course we are as the Body of Christ..
Some of the distinctives of Oakhill include a focus on understanding, experiencing and living out amazing grace. We are a 100% grace church.....not 99%! You won't hear any legalism, human effort, measured responses or striving as part of the Gospel proclaimed in our church. It is ALL the Lord's work from beginning to end. We believe the grace of God, through the finished work of the Cross, sets people free to be transformed into His image. When we behold the wonder of the Cross, expressed through the beauty and majesty of the Lord Jesus Christ, we can never be the same. As a result, we all need a growing understanding of this amazing grace and application of it to every area of life. When God's grace through the Cross is properly proclaimed lives are dramatically changed...it's that simple!

However, from our experience, the most important thing you can do is to connect with us in person through worship, Bible study, prayer or fellowship. It is normally through such events that the Holy Spirit provides the direction and leading about a person's place in a particular part of the Body.
